We request that any changes and cancellations be made 24 hours before your appointment. If you cancel or modify your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, it is considered a “Late Cancellation.” Late cancellations will be subject to a fee of 20% of the total cost of your scheduled appointment.
As a courtesy, appointment confirmation messages are sent before appointments. Failing to respond to those messages or not confirming your appointment does not count as canceling your appointment. To avoid a cancellation fee, you must cancel your appointment more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. -
Should you arrive late for your scheduled appointment, your therapist will try their best to complete your service within the booking timeline. Please be aware that certain steps in your treatment may have to be excluded due to the reduced time.

Before your facial, come makeup-free and skip strong exfoliants or acids. After your facial, avoid sun, heat, sweating, and harsh products for 24 hours to keep your skin glowing.

If possible, please arrive makeup-free so we can spend your full appointment time on your treatment. Removing heavy or eye makeup can shorten your service time, especially for lash or brow appointments. If you’re getting a lash lift or brow lamination, you must arrive with zero makeup on those areas — leftover makeup or oils can affect the results. Don’t worry if you’re coming from work — I can remove it for you, but arriving bare-faced ensures you get the best outcome from your golden hour.on
